So for a few years, Cincinnati has flirted with this question of how to get the "Creative Class" to stop fleeing for greener, hip-er pastures; New York, San Francisco, Portland. There are a number of issues inherent in this pseudo-discussion, which might make for a nice essay. But here's a report from one of these so-called "greener pastures:" It
