but the great thing is he totally sees where I'm coming from and doesn't try to change the way I feel about my political and ethical views. He listens and accepts.

this is really important, imho, not just with people you date but with friends and everyone, really. and it's good that you're getting along despite being opposites in one teeny tiny way. ;)

good also that you're in a better mood!
