In this article, veteran journalist Seah Chiang Nee (of LittleSpeck.com fame) talks about the Singapore media's lopsided coverage of the general elections. Much of his article is devoted to the central role that the internet has played in this elections, and how citizen journalism has risen to fill in the gap, although he didn't quite use the term.

alas, this is not quite a "foreign" article, but a singaporean who can't quite get his views aired uncensored in the so-called free press at home!
