But what about the dead plants? I mean, if they died from the gas, are they really still good to use?

It is should be good to use. I soak long time in water the dead plant, cut up with knife and dig into soil. Some bad air still, but not enough to kill or make soil bad from all good that come from plant as it rot.

But the flower, they were same as Sakura hair. I hope one day I can find seed for that tree and grow it here. I name it same as you!
