::gluten free hugs:: i was thinking about you this week- i was a asst counselor/drama teacher at a ymca camp in michigan- they did cool outdoorsy stuff and had a nature center and met some animals...youd be great at it. and we were served home cooked gluten free meals the entire week and the cooks accommodates all allergy/dietary restrictions. u should come for a week next year as a volunteer (free)
