I'm really hoping Kakashi is going to have some emotional resolution with all of this - maybe not necessarily *now*, but at the very end, when Obito's crazy moon eye plan falls through and everything. I'm hoping he'd be the one to beat him *nods*

I like the idea of Obito curled up inside of Spiral!Zetsu :)

I think right now, Obito has absolutely no guilt about what he's done, it's all necessary to get the Moon's Eye Plan in motion. I think he would be devastated if he loses the war, though, because then all those people dying would be for nothing. I really think the reason why he's so ruthless and so willing to kill people (even innocent people) is because they can be resurrected, so if the plan doesn't go through, I think he'd feel it as a huge failure.

Ugh. Wow.

I'm on my way to work right now, sitting in the train. Just finished this story and I wish i could cry and sob. This is so beautifully written. The two of them are so perfectly in-character and I can absolutely see this happen. It breaks my heart how beautiful this fic is.
