Blink is one of the scariest - and one of the best - episodes. I watched it for the second time on a plane and was still terrified.

It is way too scary for me. The show better not get more scary when Steven Moffat takes over. I don't think I could handle it.

You might also get the wiggins from Silence in the Library, which he wrote too and which is up there on the freaky scale (although I think Blink was worse). Moffat has a thing for taking ordinary things and making them nightmarish. And the jerk writes it so well that I keep coming back for more.
