Update to the Cell Phone

So I picked up Elias from work and went right to Verizon to deal with the phone issue. I was lucky when I asked to talk to a manger I got the night manager on duty tonight. I told her of the first replacement phone an the screen that didn't light up when the phone rang. Now with the second replacement phone the speaker didn't want to work nor did

glad you got your phone situation fixed ... hopefully. There are reasons I use a tracphone, and the montly bill is just one of them. The fact that I can just go down to Walmart and get a new phone, and in a few minutes on the website I can be back in business makes up for the lack of nifty features, at least for me
