Gotta love the Flickr. I had one of my Chicago pics used for a website. Felicia has had a couple of pics published, and I think Rachel has as well.

yeah i have the one where they can use the pic as long as they give credit

I've got the one where their eyes begin to bleed if they right-click/save-as and aren't on my contacts list.

you can have both. i just changed my license from ARR to attribute CC and i still don't let anyone but friends/family download my photos.
