I've borrowed a bunch of books and other assorted media from her and since our lovely tea party I have consumed a surprising number of them. Gregory Macguire's Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister, which was a bit of alright- fun and intriguing, but by no means mindblowing.

I was a bit sad that the inappropriate relationship was deterred by that pesky accident, though. That would have been hot. But an awesome movie nonetheless.

I read that they took nearly an hour's worth of stuff out for the movie... I'd really like to read the play as well. And possibly more of Alan Bennett's stuff.
