I just got home from work and it has been a great day so far in till I got home my mom told me I need to eat dinner with the family. work went really good but the bad part of the day is that I need to eat a healthy dinner with parents which sucks. As for my diet it is going great but my mom is making me eat a small dinner tonight :-( which sucks

Dont worry! I know how you feel hun, I have yet to meet a single person who actually had parents who would accept them not eating! Try to eat small portions, cut up your food, that whole deal....
