First of all, I am very glad that you posted, and it's good to hear that you're still around.

Second, I do owe you an apology. I was pretty rotten to you in a lot of my previous entries because I was threatened by anyone who displayed a modicum of happiness. I won't promise I won't do it again, but let's just say the likelihood is a lot smaller that I'll blow up at you like that. I've found new sources of self-worth that have empowered me.

Third, you only have to pay $530 a month in rent? That is a blessing!
