I got it on MTS2, I think, where you can grow your own cowplants. But the tool tip for it is the same as the regular dirt, so i wasn't paying attention when I put it down. wintermuteai1 makes it. you can harvest 6 or so cowplants from each plant!

They do it autonomously, so I guess it must be personality based. I think it came with AL.
