This is one of the first sim stories I've ever read and really enjoyed. I sat down one day, read from the beginning and just kept reading, anticipating every update. I love the diary format, how it's able to keep focus on Zady, her life, her feelings and perceptions. She was able to make us really get into Zady, and after a while as she branched out into other points of view, you can see how Zady's life had affected all around her. I love how the writer keeps gameplay and elements of it in the story. She manages to make it work!
It's full of drama, and humour, lovely images and did I mention drama? :D
The sequel, Better Get to Living, is also a story I really anticipate updates for.
I've just read thru this story. And even though the pictures aren't always great, the story might be a bit cliché and it's a bit outdated it's still f*cking faboulus! Underneath it all is such warmth and such caring and great story-telling. This is greater than you've would expect and it is well worth a read. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
