Sorry to be so ignorant, but what is ACR? Anyhow, I knew as soon as I saw those eyes that Ian was the Father. Seasons is a wonderful expansion - I love the penguins and snowmen, and weather in general. Strange to recall the days when every sim day was a sunny sim day. It's by far my favourite expansion.
Basically, it allows your sims to direct their own love-lives and do things like initiate woohoo and even Try for Baby on their own. I am pretty hands off with them and mostly let them decide when they want kids - the mod is good and takes things like aspiration and number of existing children into account.
I like Seasons, too - I remember when I first saw it in the store I was very skeptical. But it adds easily as much to the game as NL did, I think.
Thanks so much for the link - I'm enjoying watching my sims have some control over their lives for the first time ever - although there seem to be more autonomous fights on community lots than there ever was. Still, I love it, and can't thank you enough.
