Dear Archie,

So there's this guy I work for and I've known him for a long time and I used to think he was just an idiot, but now I've gotten to know him I kinda like him. In more than one way, and I don't normally feel that way about guys. Problem is, I'm a guy too, and he's sexually repressed enough around women, nevermind men, but I really think he'd a be a lot happier if he'd just loosen up. How can I help persuade him that sex (preferably with me) would be really good for him?
