For fulfilling requests, should we post the full fic or just a link? And should we do it anonymously or not?

It's all anonymous. If you want to out yourself at some point either because someone is asking you too or because you just feel comfortable with it, go ahead. But for the most part it will all stay anonymous. Both requests and fic.

You should post the finished fic in a reply to the original request comment.

I have a question! :)

If you have multiple requests, should you put them all in one comment, or make separate comments for each one?

Generally you should split them into separate comments, but if you have only two of them I'm not going to come down on you if you ask for both of them at once

Just a small question:
I've got a small boner for one of the requests, but it's already been taken care of.
Could I offer another drabble, or would that be overkill?

Thanks =)

Yes, by all means... write for any request you like. There's no limit on how many times a prompt can be written (especially since we ask that each specific prompt idea be posted only once). I'm sure the OP would be quite happy to see two different versions of their request. I know I would.

There is already one example of a kink that has two responses, and they're both quite different approaches to the prompt. I think it's interesting to see how very different a story can be in the hands of different writers.

Go for it! :)

I know it says we can use some other person's character sims. Do we need to ask their permission? What if they say no or ask for it to be taken down?

We don't have any rules in place about asking permission, but it'd be considerate to ask them in a PM if you're unsure how they'd feel about it.

If someone contacts us to ask that a prompt about their characters be taken down, we will remove it.

Can illegal sexual acts be prompts/fic or are they discouraged?

The rules detail which subjects are not allowed at all. Otherwise, I think it's fair game, as long as the writing of the subject is itself legal (though I'm sure this may vary from country to country).

I could offer better advice if I knew more specifically what you're referring to.

I'm not the original person asking the question, but I think the person may be asking about kinks like incest and snuff.

For example since Mercutio and Romeo Monty are both over the age of consent, would it be ok to write about a relationship them since it would be incest and incest is illegal?

I don't believe writing about incest is considered illegal in many parts of the world, but correct me if I'm wrong.

We've made only one specific restriction for subject matter - that which involves children and minors, because the act of writing about it is considered to be production of child pornography in many countries, and so the act of writing about it is therefore illegal.
