I think the site you're talking about is Sage Sims. It went down some time ago, but the Graveyard has a few files. Unfortunately, mostly makeup. :/ Here's the link to the Graveyard directory: http://files.sims2graveyard.com/sagesims

If you aren't able to find what you want on the Graveyard or elsewhere, or just want more, I'd recommend dustfinger, CatOfEvilGenius, Cocomama and tamo on MTS. Lots of great stuff for elders, and definitely quite a few sweaters. Bruno also has a nice set of lingerie for them: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=290769
