This was perfect timing, I was actually in DC yesterday and went on a tour of the building.

Needless to say, this song was in my head (both this version and the original Schoolhouse Rock).

On the Schoolhouse Rock DVD, one of the creators actually comments that the fact that 'I'm Just A Bill' was parodied on The Simpsons was "the ultimate compliment"... Gotta love good sports.
