I was thinking of that line when I was tagging the post. I was contemplating calling it a pork chop like Todd did, but it looks so much more like a lamb chop!

To be honest, I little idea of the difference either, having been a vegetarian for sixteen years. I'm sure I remember something about lamb being redder than pork though.
