Aaaahhhhhhhhhhhh! This chapter definitely continued the awesome that was chapter 1. It's so cool the way you've been able to mirror the scenes we know so well and to bring them to the present day AU that's you've created. I especially enjoy the dialog from the source material that you've been able to weave into the story. This is so awesome!

Thank you! I tried to shove in all of our favorite (or, rather, the most notable) sansan/Sansa scenes into here. Even if I haven't torn dialogue out from the book, a lot of scenes are in here. Like I kind of put my own version of the Serpentine scene in the first part. (It's all out of order and jumbled, I'm just not playing by the rules... lol)

Apologies, I've only read the series once so far! I guess your dialog is so awesome and blended with scenes from the book I thought it was actually from the books.

Oh no, some of the dialogue is straight from the book, you caught that right. :) I meant that additionally there are scenes that I tried to parallel in other ways, like with the serpentine --> Sansa and Sandor in the hidden stairwell in part one.

Above expectations!
As I said before, you really have a tallent to extract these characters and toss them into modern world without it being awkward. Every bit of canon that you put in there is perfect (in our language we say - it sits as butt on a pot) and every bit of your invention feels very naturall. I was looking forward to that promised cigarette scene and I wasn´t disappointed.
I can´t wait for next (and very sadly last) chapter. But knowing how it ends makes the waiting almost bearable :-)

Oh god, I really did talk about the cigarette scene a lot on my tumblr, didn't I? It was actually one of the first images I had from the AU, Sandor and Sansa sitting in this grey, empty, devoid Rose Garden, on one of the wrought-iron benches in this oppressive silence, false calm and cold rain, smoking. (It's where I got the title from, too.)
