I feel as though I should be working on something but I have no idea what. I'm sitting in an empty magazine office. I have my very own cubicle and computer. Its so quiet in here, even for me

hey Mia, it has been a while. good to hear everything is well: school, boyfriend, work. this weekend is atomic comic's sale today, and homework and errands tommorrow. what magazine do you work for now?
I'm an intern with Latino Perspectives Magazine in Phoenix. They just started this new thing that me and one other intern are working on. They send out an E-letter every month and they have us interns write about entertainment around the valley (that pertains or would be appealing to young latinos).
Its great experience I suppose and I get to write about some pretty cool stuff. I have kinda turned into the girl they look to to writing about live music. Probably because I don't go to clubs and i don't drink. Otherwise, I don't know why I would have been assigned to that. I love it though. The last story i did was on a band called Fatigo. Their music is considered a mix of latin, rock and jazz.
anyways, I may have rambled on a bit. How have you been?
That's very cool that you work for a publication. It's not surprising to me that you you would do something related to journalism beyond High School, and I'm sure you'll continue you success.
I've been working for Chase Bank for a year now. They pay me enough to live with a roommate and pay my way through college. I'm trying to get my general studies out of the way at MCC. I haven't decided if I want to major in yet becuase I don't know how long I want to stay with the Bank. I still want to be a journlist, but Banking is new and interesting to me now. They've also promoted me a couple times, which is good for the ego. Haha. It also pays the rent and school, so can't complain. I'm taking two classes at MCC this semester, and may be on the newspaper next semester. I'm going to summer school and winter intersession as well to try and hasten the process.
Other than that I play a lot of guitar, read comic books, and smoke weed with my roommate.
