not getting out to go to the vet's to visit Roo today.

I'm making cookies, instead.

It's not the same (although Ditto is trying to make sure it's very nearly as furry!)

I'm too tired to write the post I want to write, so I'll write it over the weekend.

Well, HOURS today were spent hunting down the homeopathic remedies. I was in Berkeley at three different places, then El Cerrito, and finally back to the vet's in El Sobrante to see Roo. Jellicles was tremendous support helping me track down the remedies, and a place where I can get the remaining one tomorrow. She should really get a livejournal ( Read more... )

Anger - It's not FAIR! (I don't get angry all that easily, but it really isn't FAIR!)
Denial - The radiologist might be wrong. He's human, and therefore fallible. *I* think the xray looks better, and he was perky yesterday.

I'm really glad that we're giving Roo a few days. I have the tiniest shred of hope that the radiologist is just mistaken, and time will prove him wrong. Even though when they point and explain what I'm looking at, I see it and understand, I also look and think the latest ones somehow look "better." Arrogant, huh?

I dunno ... he seemed kinda down today. Clinically, nothing is changed. But he didn't purr as much or as easily today. And he seemed more tired than usual at the end of the visit. He came out to the edge of the cage though, and was definitely glad to see me. I'll go back this afternoon again. My opinion could be colored by the fact that I was there ( Read more... )
