The prima guide states that you can change hairstyles by outfit again but I'm not seeing that come up in either CAS or Change Appearance in game. Has anyone figured out how to change hairstyles per clothing group yet? I want different formal hair than everyday..

I poked through the community as well and haven't seen this question come up yet

In CAS, up on top of where the hairstyles are, you should see a little lock symbol. Click that and then it will unlock the hairstyles for each outfit.

You have to go back to the hair section with every outfit.
So after you pick the formal wear, go back to the hair and change it.

...after you pick sports, change the hair, etc.

To see if it's worked, you can click back through the different categories and the clothes will change, as should the hair, in sort of a 'preview'

ehhh it's kinda annoying, but if you're OCD like me it isn't so bad.

I like the in game result, for her formal wear she has an updo, swimming has a ponytail, workout has a high pony, and sleeping is down.

so although it does take a lot of effort, it's worth how it turns out, IMO
