Teens and travel

I have a teen that I would like to send to France by herself. Is this possible? I haven't tried yet because I don't want to give the game a conniption and break something

Teens can go on vacation by themselves without the worry of curfew.

I am definitely going to give this a go, then. The family finally have enough money to travel and the teen has enough lifetime happiness points to get the Prepared Traveller reward. The game has been giving me almost nothing but Opportunities to do with france (get fruit, get grapes, interview a sim, etc) so I really wanted to send someone to France and the teen happens to have the Adventurous trait so she really wants to go.

I have a teen who has the Traveller LTW, he's currently spending 14 days in France on his lonesome and curfew isn't an issue!

They can also complete opportunities and tombs, unlike children.
