A brief version of this was suggested on a MTS thread awhile back, and I've pretty much just used this method in making every sim ever. If you've ever found yourself making sims that look the same over and over, this will not only help, but it's honestly just a total blast in the process.

I believe the nasolabial crease slider is in the face tab, under the cheek section.
