Hasn't been that long since I found another thing weird with my game, actually it could be that i'm just blind or something. My sim has a wish to move in with another sim but I don't know how to do this if their household is the active household. I switch the active household and go to the other sims house and ask the original sim to move in but

as far as moving in, you can have the sim you are playing ask the other one to move in and it satisfies the want. You do not have to switch households.

Well, I wanted to get the sim out of the house but if thats the only way I might have to bypass the lifetime points
(or whatever they're called)

Have you tried doing it via Edit Town? Just merging the households?

The thing is it's a legacy type household so i didn't want to merge the whole household

You don't have to - you can pick and choose who you want to move in. Although, now that I think about it, the movee has to be the active family. I think? It's worth a shot, anyway. Go to Edit Town and see what you can do, you might be able to finagle it. Also, if you have Awesomemod, Sims don't lose their wishes when you switch active families!

I do have the awesomemod but I have the chooseable thing so I think I must have looked over it D: I'll just delete the one i have and add that part

You could have your sim move the person into your active household and then kick the two of them out together.

Also, my selfsim had a woman ask him to move in with her when he visited. Then again she was insane. Then again this was my selfsim, so she had to be insane to ask.

You could try visiting a lot and hope for them to invite, I guess.
