LOL the car that was bought for me isnt really for me... should have known better. dude went out and bought a fucking 34 thousand dollar car and now wont help me get my license back cause his car payments are too high

Have you tried taking the baby in the shower with you? Not the same as getting alone time, but still, it might help?

It might be passive aggressive, but if you can put him in the playpen and keep him happy long enough to sneak off to the bathroom, let him cry and wake daddy once in a while. If he gets mad, don't feed into the argument, just say something like 'I'm sorry. He was happily playing and I had to go to the bathroom. Are you really going to get mad at me for having to pee?'

I'm totally a light sleeper and my hubby is not... so I fully expect to be the one waking up more often at night and in the morning. He'll grumpily get up if I make him, but I know I'll have to make him, and it kind of sucks being in that position.
