I find it difficult to celebrate a Christmas that is actually about the birth of Christ my Lord because all I've ever known growing up was wish lists, hectic shopping, last minute gift wrapping, big dinner, obligatory portrait photos, and gift opening. Half of those gifts we don't really need or want; it was just a nice or again, obligatory gesture
