That was so sweet. I'm not sure I have enough fangirl stamina to take all this fluff and squee. I loved it. I was worried at first when they were in the lift going to the bridge. I was expecting Jim to double take on the command chair and realize that his father had died sitting in a chair on the bridge like that... but he was just happy and proud of his dad. It was adorable. I hope the crew took pictures >_< I want those pictures!

Yeah, I'm trying my best to leave the angst out of it.. In my head I'm imagining five year old Jim not knowing exactly how his dad died, only knowing he was a Captain of a ship and he's not with them anymore. So yeah, just tiny Jim being proud of his dad.. Anyway, thank you! I'd love to see those pictures too.. :D
