This was a gorgeous piece! You did such a great job of capturing both Spock's feelings of guilt and shame and Kirk's initial worry and frustration as well as his loving acceptance once he learnt the truth. Beautiful!

This is just lovely. Jim's easy acceptance is a wonderful balm after Spock's inner torment over what is ultimately a minor issue.
