Back then, not only was I willing to give him a chance -- I was actually thinking he may do a decent to excellent job.

Good thing I didn't say that too loud ( ... )

6) Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! Hope! Change! ::election:: Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Crisis! Hello? He repeatedly slammed Bush's "fearmongering" and then multiplied it tenfold! Can't let a good crisis go to waste! The Stock Market is supposed to go up right after an election because what the Stock Market hates most is indecision. Once a decision has been made, especially in a President, it goes up. Obama's election spurred the largest ever post-election stock market drop and the largest ever two-day drop not even associated with anything. Why so much loss when the stock market LOVES thrives on Hope? If any other ( ... )

...And In Conclusion... tekroo March 15 2009, 16:26:20 UTC
Seen many "real" Socialist agendas implemented without armed conflict? What was that "Citizen's Army" thing that was listed in Obama's agenda previously that I now can't find reference to (it would help if I could remember what he called it)? Sounded a bit like something Hitler came up with! Why are America's ammunition shelves so empty nowadays? WalMart should just close their ammunition counter -- there is nothing there anymore! Doesn't seem like there is a lot of trust anymore -- not proper Comradeship for sure!

Hope... Change... Oh yeah! I've heard about those once!

Well, no matter what, I think Obama will turn the US around. :) Sure, I'm Canadian and not following it 100%, but it does affect us up here too. Had I been American I'd have voted for him. Nothing can happen over night. You cannot expect ANY elected official to be signed in and the world changed INSTANTLY. It doesn't happen like that. Bush had 8 years to sink the USA into hell. Obama's not even been there 100 days and people expect miracles? Uh.. nope, sorry.. be realistic. If it took 8 years to sink it into the cesspool of crap it is now, I'd imagine it would take a while to pull it back out. I definitely say give the guy a chance, but that's just me.
