You're ignoring the fact that you won't be convicted or cautioned for that. However, as you know, I consider the sexual offences act to be one of the worst pieces of legislation they've introduced. The white paper about the bill basically defended the criminalisation of victims by saying "well, of course we wouldn't expect the CPS to prosecute victims". Fan-fucking-tastic.
