Hmm, I'm debating it. Maybe I'll install risky woohoo or something, and let it kinda fall in to place. I do have the ACR mod installed, Kenzie and William woohoo like animals already so.
I know right! The ears are weird because they aren't the same as Stella's or William's! When he aged up I was kinda like wtf... where did you inherit those? I'm gonna give him a makeover though, and see if I can make him cuter.

Hey sorry for such a late reply but I have a solution to your baby problem: Remember how the Howells kept having girls? Well, I went into CAS and made 2 random Sims - man and woman - then used the Pacifier button to roll a random child, and then kept clicking it. When I went back into my legacy house, the Howells finally had a boy. Just sayin'
Anyway, the kids are adorable! If I'm being entirely honest, I came back to your page to look for inspiration to maybe start up my game again and I think I may have found it <3
And you were right about Jack's face in that picture of Kenzie going into labour - PRICELESS haha.
