Is there anywhere she can go for respite care? It sounds like your mum and dad are at the end of their tether. You cant take on too much of this, with the stresses of your work and your bad leg :( . I know how much this must hurt you. Hug.
You know Fi I actually thought this weekend that I couldn't care for her like I planned to. Big realisation for me. But who am I kidding? None of us can care for her.
Mum and dad are looking at respite care but a the moment all they can get is someone to take her out once a week for 3 hours.
I actually think not having my leg working well has helped them face the big decision. I wasn't there to rush in and save the situation. There has been some good in it.
And even though it does break my heart, I know the decision to put her over into care is the best one for all of us.
