I can't believe that was a question. Buffy already died (like, seven god damn times), and River destroyed hundreds of Reavers in one go. Are you kidding me?

I would also vote River, simply due to SG's fighting being easier to "suspension of belief" be badass, while SMG's seemed more like the opponents fell down around her.
