This update was so well done! I love the first page with the nightmare, it looks so real. Also, your decorating is fabulous, as always.
I can't wait until the next update. This story is so intriguing. :D

Thanks for the kind words, Pyxis! Oh, sweet Photoshop blur tools... That page wouldn't look half as nice without them.
I've the next part all written down so all that's left is an inspiration hit for the pictures. XD

Haha, it all makes complete sense in my head, but putting it in this form is a challenge. I find it hard to add nuances like you'd be able to do in a piece of writing. Alas, I dug my own grave. XD

I love Neyri and Xi Hao's relationship. It's just so unique. They have an absolutely fascinating dynamic.

Now I'm really curious about those orbs. Something must have happened to Neyri, and Xi Hao knows it. Also curious about Neyri's dream, and how the two might be connected.

Beautiful work, as always :D

Ah yes, those two... Xi Hao quickly learned Neyri is easy to bait, through both insults and flirting. He's a manipulator, that one.

Oh Neyri dear, you are just so sweet and innocent sometimes, Xi Hao could probably be much more inappropriate than that *coughs* Anyway, Neyri just managed to avoid an uncomfortable conversation there about the orb, and I don't know if that was a lucky break for him or not.

Mikhail does know exactly how to make Xi Hao feel a bit inept, doesn't he? His whole demeanour changes when he's around.

That boy is in his own little world most of the time, not really knowing how to deal with...uh, Xi Hao-ness when it does come up.

Eep, I'm really happy you noticed that! I intended Mikhail to be the epitome of the authoritarian father, but wasn't sure how to get it across in pictures alone. e_e
