ROFLMAO! I love this!

You know, I've always snickered at the part in The Sil when it is said that Finrod brought the most treasure of all the Noldor. I always think, "How did he carry it?" I picture him dragging a big tarp across the ice, loaded up with gold and jewels and expensive furniture...either that or a legion of Elven minions. Maybe all the girls who have crushes on him.

Ahem. Dawn Felagund wouldn't be one of them or anything.

Perhaps Finrod should have been the one in Aladdin's cave!

Did you write it just now or was it something that was just waiting around for the *perfect* SWG challenge? If it's the former, I'm *very* impressed! :^D

LOL! - maybe that's why he had to leave Amarie behind.

I did actually write this just now. The idea popped into my head (along with a couple of others) while I was reading about the challenge.

As I suppose him to be rather vain, I imagine that he wore quite a lot of the stuff on his person. This must have caused a lot of problems on the Ice... but then so would all the metal armour and weapons.

Anyway, totally giggle-worthy.

Finrod was a sensible fellow - he wouldn't take something as unnecessary as his jewellery collection to Middle-earth.
