Here's my entry into the Rannon contest, titled Of Promises Kept. After being exiled for years, Rannon gets a surprise visitor. Might not be entirely accurate character wise, it's the first time I've worked with these guys so I apologize for any inconsistencies. Quick little story, I've been busy with commissions lately. What a sweet little story. ^__^

As you say, these are hard characters to write about since there's so little written about them and how they relate to each other.
This isn't exactly how I have pictured things, but I really like how this is written anyway.

Wonderful language, as always, and great bittersweet little plot. ^_^
