I voted Once a month - because that gives you a good amount of time to come up with ideas. ;)
Once a week would be nice too, but it would be kind of sad if you "missed" one week's challenge while on vaccation or something like that. u_u

Once a month could work, but I voted for spontaneously lit it is now, 'cause it can be hard to come up with challenges to. :-)
