Try to cheer up ! I felt exactly the same in my solitary confinement until recently but now there's light at the end of the tunnel . In the meantime you have us -

today i realized i have no passion for anything anymore. i don't know whats going on but my body feels like a machine and my brain just wants to sleep forever and my heart doesn't exist except for a palpitation here and there.
i don't know what to do.
