I've been the music director for the Revels Kids Chorus for 4 years and it's been great! They remind me of why I actually wanted to be a music teacher in the first place. Great parent support, no grading crap to do, they're there to have FUN and learn, they'll try & work hard, and they act like... well, kids who can play! Not 'tude-y kids who "

Congrats on being cast! That is so awesome!!! I know you will do well and I will try to make it with little man this year - he's old enough to sit still and through it now.

That is really wonderful they asked you to still do the children, though I can appreciate the dilemma you have. It is hard...there are days I really miss teaching theatre, but with my little guy, it's hard and I would not be able to give up that time to teach. It is hard to balance everything and keep your stress level where you need it. *hugs* I know no matter what happens, you will be wonderful and do an amazing job!
