That was absolutely lovely! There was a good speed in the chapter, you could almost feel yourself travelling across Europe with Matthew and Molesley. You've written Matthew very well, I especially loved how you wrote about his doubts in the inn room in Dover and I loved it that you quoted the Bible there. It was really fitting, IMHO. Really looking for the next chapter and them I'm going to reread the whole thing!
