I've heard about things in the UK, regarding disability (at least to some extent). I had a friend in Scotland who kept me apprised, but we haven't spoken in about 11 months now (I think). :( (Friendship can prove a tricky road.) I miss them.

We were both The Rage over the willful neglect and cuts being put through at the time, and the fact that it seemed to be a definite on-going sort of thing. It's unconscionable, and literally resulting in death.

*shakes fist at UK and American governments alike* I'd call your reps if it'd make a mite of difference, but sometimes it's enough to harass my own (for all the good it does). Even so, I've just heard our Republican side failed to push through their ACA replacement, and that one really has to be handed to the people for hollering at their reps until the dinks likely went deaf.
