This year, I decided on a new challenge for myself. To roast a turkey. Problems number 1: Living in Hong Kong means you have a small kitchen with only a small oven to work with. It was REALLY hard to find a 5kg turkey. Problem number 2: What if it's raw after I roasted it for hours??? Problem number 3: What if it was so dry, no one wanted to eat it
