From what I understand, they do grow as they get older, yep!

That dress is actually a hand me down...I hope you forgive me for that. It was once a "silly" item that I had for my former twink (who was a 39 blood elf priest that looked very similar to your girl). You as a roleplayer could make better use of it tho. :)
