The death penalty case against Zacarias Moussaoui, a suspected terrorist, has been suspended because the US Attorney's office engaged in blatantly illegal activities, such as coaching witnesses and informing them of other testimony in the court (forbidden by the judge in this case).

Oh, good.

Actually, it's illegal in any case. Taht alwyer will probably be lucky to keep her job, although I'm not clear on who has charge of this in the federal gov't (in PA, it's the state Supreme Court, and yes, she'd've been permanantly disbarred in an instant for something that egregious).
