so my stupid guidance counselor told me not to apply for a state scholarship i was eligible for because she said i could only use it at new york state schools... and she was wrong. so i could have possibly had an extra $1500 a year, if i had gotten the scholarship... but i have no chance at getting it now, since i didn't apply ( Read more... )
