No, it's just a rank made by mnet. I just found out that it was a rank based on poll about love scandal that got lot of attention from fans, and yoonhae was on the rank. It's about yoonhae rumor of dating since they're trainee, and yoona-donghae never deny the rumor yet. And I hate donghae cz I figured out that donghae is the type who didn't care about rumor and will let fans interpret it themselves (he said it in china tv program when siwon about to confirm about his rumor), so I guess that's why he didn't bother to deny it. And I hate it.
