This may be too simple to be right, but have you ever considered that "suppa" may be an attempt to say "super"? I have heard some Japanese singers say 'suppa' instead of 'super' due to their accent/pronunciation so it seems possible.

I think "Mayim Mayim" can be "Mine Mine".
That's the first thing that popped into my head when they spoke about jealousy. It also ties in with how they all thirst for the mc and her blood, and want it all for themselves.
